Please consider your order carefully as vinyl sales are final. If a record that you receive appears damaged from shipping or has a significant factory defect, contact us immediately at retail@bongloadrecords.com. If your record sounds abnormally noisy, please clean your record using standard vinyl cleaning methods, as dust may have landed in the grooves before being packaged. We will exchange your item for the same title due to a rare anomaly or defect. We press our records on 180 gram vinyl, so warping should not be an issue. Vinyl exchanges are only accepted in the above circumstances.
We check ALL products before shipping for any defects or damage. If you have ordered the wrong size shirt, please contact us and we will exchange it. We are a small shop and we are an honest shop. If something got past us, please email us and let us know right away and we will do our best to make you happy.
We use USPS for US orders. Vinyl is shipped in cardboard mailers.
